Backcountry
- Thought I'd add my two cents from a satisfied repeat customer. I have now had Eric guide me and my friends on three separate Utah backcountry splitboard tours. He is a consummate professional, very safety-oriented, and knows the Wasatch like the back of his hand. He always chooses the best route considering crowds, snow conditions, and physical condition/ ability. I've learned a lot from Eric on every trip - even little things like efficient skinning tips, splitboard conversion shortcuts, etc. Plus, he has so many great stories from his years of guiding and kiting adventures. I cannot recommend Eric highly enough!

- I have been backcountry ski touring in the Wasatch with Eric roughly ten times over the past several years. He is a consummate professional and can accommodate any group in any situation. We've had large groups or small. Boarders and/or skiers. Backcountry beginners and/or experts. Strong physical condition or not. No matter what the group or conditions, you'll never have a bad day with Eric. He is extremely safe, and consistently finds the BEST SNOW POSSIBLE. Even after many years of backcountry experience, I continue to learn something new every time I tour with Eric. His experience and personal network also allow him to plan the best itinerary, usually avoiding wind, crust, crud and crowds. If you want to find untracked powder, hire Eric and let him choose the route. Thanks for the good times.

- I just wanted to drop you a quick note about the trip I took with Eric yesterday- it was fantastic! Better than I expected, and Eric was a great leader to tour with - knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, a blast to hang out with. You will definitely be seeing me again, and I'm happy to provide a reference for anyone interested in booking a splitboard trip. Thanks again!
